These terms apply to everprime.in and to the EverPrime brand as a whole.
EverPrime is run by EverPrime and offers two services, each with its own terms: EverPrime Markets terms and EverPrime Edu terms. Where those differ from this page, the service's own terms apply.
1. Who we are
EverPrime is operated by EverPrime. Contact details and our Grievance Officer are on the contact page.
2. Using our sites
You may browse our sites for personal, lawful use. Do not copy content in bulk, scrape, attempt to break security, or use our sites to harm others.
3. Intellectual property
The EverPrime name, logos, designs, text, code and course material belong to us or our licensors. Other names and marks belong to their owners.
4. Links to other sites
Our sites may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
5. Limit of liability
Our sites are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using them.
