Privacy policy

This policy covers everprime.in and explains how EverPrime handles personal data across its services, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. EverPrime is the data fiduciary.
Each service also has its own detailed privacy policy: EverPrime Markets and EverPrime Edu.
1. What this site collects
everprime.in itself has no accounts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, for up to 90 days. If you contact us, we keep your message and reply.
2. Data in our services
Accounts, payments and usage data are handled by each service as described in its own privacy policy.
4. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (see the contact page). If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
5. Children
Our services are not meant for anyone under 18.
6. Changes
We will post changes here with a new date.
